3.2 Guided Search ($299 CAD)

• All Basic Search features
• One-on-one consultation session
• Personalized school recommendations
• Application guidance and support
• Priority customer support

3.3 Premium Support ($599 CAD)

• All Guided Search features
• Multiple consultation sessions
• School visit coordination
• Ongoing support throughout the process
• Access to premium learning modules

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment is due in full upon service agreement
• All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods include credit card and electronic transfer
• Prices are subject to applicable Canadian taxes
• Services begin upon receipt of payment confirmation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Rights

You may cancel paid services within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that services have not yet been delivered or consultation sessions have not been scheduled.

5.2 Refund Conditions

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of services
• No refund is available once consultation sessions have commenced

5.3 Service Guarantee
